COMBN++ Return Policy



At COMBN++, we take pride in delivering premium products designed with exceptional attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.



Return Window



Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.


Requests made after the 14-day return window may not be approved.



Return Conditions



To qualify for a return, the item must:


  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be free from damage, odor, or visible wear
  • Be accompanied by the original order confirmation



COMBN++ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.



Non-Returnable Items



The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:


  • Limited edition releases
  • Promotional drops
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked Final Sale




Crypt-Tarian Token Reward Policy



Certain purchases may include Crypt-Tarian digital token rewards as part of the COMBN++ ecosystem.


Token rewards are not distributed immediately. Rewards are scheduled to be released after the return period has expired.


If an item is returned, refunded, or cancelled, the associated Crypt-Tarian token reward will be cancelled and will not be distributed.


Crypt-Tarian tokens are digital ecosystem rewards and are not included in the purchase price of COMBN++ products.



Refund Processing



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.


If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.



Exchanges



COMBN++ currently does not offer direct exchanges.


If you wish to receive a different size or item, please return the product and place a new order.



Return Shipping



Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.


For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders



If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
